We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, offering us delicious lunch upon arrival. Our self-catering accommodation was the best we have ever stayed in - sparkling clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were ample, including a lookout point with a spectacular view. We enjoyed joining the other guests for sundowners at the Gemsbok Lapa, where the staff were professional and knowledgeable. Dinner was beautiful in a well-appointed dining room. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and friendly staff made our stay fantastic.

The Mountain Suites provided the perfect escape for a peaceful and private getaway. I felt completely relaxed and one with nature in this tranquil setting.
Personally, I found the recently renovated Manor House suites to be a bit too main building-like for my taste.

The food was absolutely outstanding!! The staff were super professional and friendly. Everything was done really well. The trip to Port Nolloth was mind-blowing with the ever-changing landscape and the museum and collection of stories provided by George's daughter were jaw-droppingly entertaining and interesting. The suites in the veld were top-notch, with nice rooms and great linen. The dinner was delicious. The ample breakfast was deliciously presented and catered for all tastes with good service.
